Joint venture with Vertex


Shell Transource Ltd, is pleased to announce the joint venture with Vertex, a leading global Customer Management Outsourcing (CMO) and Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) company operating across a wide range of market sectors and geographies.

Globally Vertex has close to 10,000 employees in over 70 locations spanning North America, the United Kingdom, Australia and India that provide services to more than 200 clients and operating in areas of Public sector, Private sector, Financial services, Utilities and Telecom. This joint venture will bring in lot of value to Shell by means of

  1. Becoming a part of a larger family, and becoming a leading multinational organization in Customer Management Services domain.
  2. Get introduced to the global best practices that will be established in our day to day working, thereby improving our skill sets.

The Indian domestic markets are growing very fast and over the longer term this relationship positions us very well to provide broader services to our customers.
