We audit accounts, records, and reports as the need may be, with the aim to give reasonable
assurance that cash, stock; other assets are safeguarded against loss,
unauthorized use or disposition. The transactions are executed according to process
specified by the management, and recorded completely and properly.
We do Reconciliation of accounts to the financial reports produced by the Financial
Records System, with the aim to ensure accurate reports, by identifying errors and
inconsistencies requiring corrections.
Such audits and reconciliation may be for Inventory, Assets, Revenue; Cash the list is inclusive and not exhaustive to suit the needs of our client.
We had carried out a one-time assignment of Reconciliation of Collections and Deposits for 680 branches across India for a leading NBFC.
We are also doing collections audit of 250 branches every month for the same NBFC.
Physical Verification
We do physical verification of stock, assets, by adopting and maintaining certain verification procedures to give the client the required level of accountability these procedures may be
-A rolling programme of systematic verification of all stocks/assets.
-A spot check, whereby objects for checking will not be predetermined but selected on a random sampling basis.
-A surprise check, where all or selected objects will be checked without prior intimation.
We also do Due Diligence where we evaluate the target company or its assets, the failure of the company to perform an official duty or a legal requirement or to do a specific task.
We do due diligence for a reputed money exchanger cum remitter, we have already covered more than 1500 locations across India.
We have also carried out stock audit across India for IATA in 400 locations.
We do Process Audits which will help answer questions as to;

We act as Proxies at Annual General Meetings and Vote according to clients instructions on their behalf at the meeting.
We act as proxies for a leading multinational bank, attending more that 125 meeting in a month in peak AGM months.
