Data and Document management system, provides a secure,
reliable, easy way to manage your documents. It gives you unmatched control and
access to all your documents anytime, from anywhere.
The documents to be processed can be scanned and the images sent
to our office (through FTP server if overseas). Through hi-speed connectivity
we download the images and process them in a customized software at our end and
upload the data .In case of overseas, time zone difference makes it possible to
download the image at the close of your business hours and upload the data the
next opening of your business hours.

Shell has developed various customized software applications
for different multinational companies in India to process their forms of
complex nature, reorganize the data and extract different types of MIS from
them. Then the same is uploaded on their central server through lease line or
through batch mode.

We scan in high speed Production scanners , index them through
a customized software and deliver in format as required including CD
Publishing.

We can also handle Microfilm requirements, Paper to Microfilm,
Microfilm to CD digital to film etc. including OCR related services. We can
meet any conversion need whatever the media or type of conversion - Paper to
microfilm, microfilm to optical, digital to film etc.
