Management Team

The management of Shell Transurce Ltd. represents collectively more than 100 man years of rich and varied managerial experience both at a strategic and at functional levels. The three Executive Directors on the Board are:

Mr. N.S.Bhargava, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Narayan Bhargava - Chairman qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1979 as well as Cost Accountant in the same year. He founded the Chartered Accountant firm of N S Bhargava & Co., which is now more than 30 years old. In 1991 he founded Shell Transource Ltd. and has been steering its helm since then growing it to its present size.

Mr. P. Venkatraman, President

Mr. P. Venkatraman - President founder CEO of Vital Link Outsourcing our international BPO arm qualified as a Chartered Accountant in May 1983. As Executive Director of Shell Transource he spearheads the technology and strategic initiatives of the group. He also continues to chart the growth path of Vital Link Outsourcing.

K.S.Srikumar - Vice President, Marketing

Mr. K.S. Srikumar - Vice President, Marketing; qualified as an Arts Graduate (Economics) & post graduation in Insurance. He has over 19 yrs experience in Marketing/operations and has been in the BPO space for the last 20 years. Prior to joining Shell, Srikumar was Vice-President - Business Development for iSmart Global. He was instrumental in exponential growth of the BPO business, both Voice and Non-Voice. Apart from handling Marketing, Srikumar was also managing the Joint Venture initiative in Sri Lanka. At Shell Transource, Srikumar is in charge of all Marketing and other growth activities in both voice and non-voice processes.

Sukhpreet Singh Sodhi - VP & Head HR

Mr. Sukhpreet Singh Sodhi - VP & Head HR qualified as a BA Graduate major in Economics & Geography & Post graduation in Personnel Management & IR from Punjabi University. He has over 18 yrs industry experience in HR Field and has worked in variety of industries across Indian & multi-national companies. He has been extensively involved in Acquisition & Retention of Talent, Employee Relations & Engagement, Performance Management and Establishing HR Processes & Compensation & HR Systems at the field and corporate level. Prior to joining Shell, Sukhpreet was heading the HR for multi location Sales, Distribution & Customer Operations Channel. His played a key role in employee engagement initiatives and institutionalizing performance; culture orientation linking to robust people processes. His last assignment was with one of the leading Insurance Company - Max New York Life Insurance Company Limited

Manish Mathur - Vice President & Head – Operations

Mr. Manish Mathur - Vice President & Head – Operations is a Post Graduate in IT looking after the Pan-India Operations of Shell Transource Pvt. Ltd for both Voice & Non-voice verticals. He has over 19 years of diverse industry experience spanning key positions in the FMCG, Banking Industry, Satellite communication and Call Center/ BPO (Voice, Non-voice & Back office). He has more than 13 years of experience in managing BPO operations (migration to service delivery). He has extensively worked in the BPO/ KPO/ Call Center space for industry sectors such as Technology, Retail, Airlines, Healthcare, Logistics, Telecom and Financial Services, both for International & Domestic clients. Prior to joining Shell, Manish has been handling the roles of Head (Operations), Director – Operations for companies such as Cognient Inc, iCall India Ltd, Teleperformance and others.
