Call Center Executive(Inbound & Outbound)

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months in domestic BPO
  • Technical Knowledge : Basic in computers
  • Communication: Average
  • Fresher: Should be good in communication.
  • Incentives will be paid on performance

Data Entry Operator

Job Profile:

  • Good experience in Data Entry Skills, filling of CAP forms and entering them in the system
  • Good Typing Skills (Min. 25wpm)
  • To capture alphabetical and numerical data from the source documents and input in the software
  • Ability to operate a standard PC keyboard quickly and accurately at or above the minimum acceptance rate
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information

Qualification: Min HSC. Passed

Location: Belapur


Quality Verifier

Job Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Quality for Non-Voice Process
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ensure CSRs are updated on the recent product and process updates
  • Conduct timely Briefings, Feedbacks / Coaching and CSR development related activities
  • Comfortable working in an evolving role.
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of individuals.
  • Experienced in MS Office applications.

Quality Analyst

Job Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Quality for Voice Process.
  • Mainly involves listening to Inbound/Outbound calls and keep an eye on the quality parameter, also provide solutions on the errors made by the agents using the database.
  • Ensure CSRs are updated on the recent product and process updates
  • Conduct timely Briefings, Feedbacks / Coaching and CSR development related activities
  • Requires interpersonal communication, group facilitation, project coordination/management and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working in an evolving role.
  • Ability to work well with a wide range of individuals.
  • Experienced in MS Office applications.
